We had an assigned server (Javier) for our bungalow and he always made sure we were ok. Would come back just for good the service was from him, and other staff. The activities for kids were great as well, this is definitively a family-oriented resort, while also having a nice bar and privacy in its beachfront bungalows/suites in case you are a couple.
