Loved the property and all the options on activities to do and regret not staying longer. Food was very good and parks lots of fun. I also wanted to call out a staff from Cinthia who was our tour guide in Xenotes and Najaida from rest CANTINA VI.AI.PI is wonderful.

Hospitality level not seen before in Cancun - everybody is willing to help and goes above and beyond. All parks are included in price, so we had a lot of fun there. Kids club is amazing, kids loved it so much. Hotel hired a lot of staff, so people there do not appear overwhelmed.

This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. Breakfast was very good, fresh food, big variety for any taste. The area of the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The beach is exceptional with white sand and beautiful turquoise water.

Can we give 10000/10 to the staff please? 🥰 the level of their services, the vibe their stuff is creating at this resort it’s another level 💛 and Ofc, fresh hotel with unique design and territory, delicious food in all restaurants of the resort, and all practices such as sound healing, yoga etc, they have amazing teachers and many more. I came here for vacation aka self-retreat and I can say they made me feel like home within a warm community 💛 Grasias Palmaia team🙏💛 especially: i wanted to mention names of people who was always making me feel home there, but it’s gonna be toooooo long list, so again, thanks Palmaia Team, u nailed it 🙏💛🥰 If you really wanna treat yourself I highly suggest to visit this hotel 🥰

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Hyatt Ziva pleasantly surprised us, with an entire village of restaurants, shops, candy/dessert shop, cafe, swimming pools and dolphins! Our butlers Alessandra and Eladio were beyond amazing and took care of all of our needs. It was a splurge but I would do it again. The food at the Moongate (asian) and the Tradewinds (steak) was of excellent quality. the rooftop pool at Punta Vista was also amazing.

Located in Cancún in the Quintana Roo Region, 4.1 km from Cancun Bus Station, Caribbean apartment located in an resort "All Ritmo Cancun" features an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor pool. A great Location by the Beach with use of resort's pools, beach bar (buy tickets)and food service (buy tickets). An older property but with all essentials. Close to other amenities and local transport to downtown Cancun. The Host Corrado was attentive and helpful. A wonderful person to deal with. He kept in touch during our stay to check that we were doing fine. He had some beers, water and soft drink in the fridge to welcome us on arrival. There are a couple of other public beaches within waking distance, an archeological site nearby, a beautiful church (Catholic but anyone is welcome) on the beach nearby, whale shark tour service within walking distance. Other water bound tours and service along the road. The ferry service to Isla Mujer is a 20 min walk from the resort.
