This was my second time at this magnificent resort and I can confirm that this place feels like paradise! This time I took my family and friends and they were amazed by the awesome service offered by Xcaret. The food is top notch, the staff is fantastic, the pools are beautiful and the beach is incredible! The water is so blue and crystal clear. You have to come to this oasis of happiness and try it yourself!

The resort is amazing. We had an incredible experience. Staff are very polite and customer oriented. Food is amazing. Very high-quality meals with comfortable restaurants and easy to book. Pools are big enough and never crowded. Kids can easily play.

Location - very quiet area, near to jungles and has nothing to do with Playa del Carmen crowds. Beach and facilities just amazing. The day is full of healing (yoga, meditations, etc.) activities - which is amazing spiritual experience. The staff and service 100 percent, very attentive. Everything there is created to feel you max relaxed. Many healty food options, smoothies, juice and so on. Simply perfect!

Turquoize offers guests an adults-only getaway at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. We had a swim up room and it was amazing. Our Butler Joel was amazing as well. Weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back next year!

Close to other amenities and local transport to downtown Cancun. The Host Corrado was attentive and helpful. A wonderful person to deal with. He kept in touch during our stay to check that we were doing fine. He had some beers, water and soft drink in the fridge to welcome us on arrival. There are a couple of other public beaches within waking distance, an archeological site nearby, a beautiful church (Catholic but anyone is welcome) on the beach nearby, whale shark tour service within walking distance. Other water bound tours and service along the road. The ferry service to Isla Mujer is a 20 min walk from the resort.
