I truly recommend this accomodation! It was my best ever! Clean, new, comfy, quiet and cozy! Thak you for everything, I really miss Laila and the girls who gave me best coffee in the morning! The towels and the wardrobe were so fluffy and the mattress, pillows and the linening were perfect! I felt wonderful during my 10 nights accomodation in room no.220. Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. simply perfect.....Spa was special, the manager of the Spa is a real professional one. Great service indeed.

The receptionist was amazing ! He was very helpful and showed us where to go we enjiyzd our stay becausz of his professionalism and kindness. We could walk to the city center by feet and enjoy nature.

While unassuming from the outside, the inside of the property was so so beautiful. The lobby and terrace were gorgeous. Our room was stunning and we had a modern shower, which was incredibly nice.
