The owner is very nice and even went to go pick us up some dinner after our night swim:) Fans and air-conditioning in the room! The location is about a 15-20 min drive outside of the Kandy city centre, but we thought it was well worth it!

They were very welcoming and helped us plan our stay in Kandy and offered lifts when we needed them. The place itself was lovely, it had a real homestay feeling about it but with privacy of our own living area including, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Which were all very clean and spacious. The place itself was just outside of Kandy centre which made it nice and quiet but still convenient to either walk or a get quick Tuktuk into the centre. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy. We will definitely stay again when we return to Kandy in the future. Thank you Roveena.

The swimming pool was clean and Jacuzzi was fantastic

The owners were so nice it was like home away from home they prepared beautiful vegetarian dinner for us and a packed breakfast as we left early, beautiful clean room with super comfy beds I would definitely return.

The property offers a children's playground and free WiFi. Melheim Villas Kandy is a tranquil getaway nestled in the hillside above Kandy. Our room was spacious clean and well equipped, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom clean and the water hot. Out balcony looked out over a stunning forested valley (see pics). Breakfast and dinner were generous and most delicious. And the staff were excellent! So nice, obliging and professional. They really made us feel so well looked after, and they kept us very well fed. We enjoyed walking into town. And to the botanical gardens via the university - well worth a visit. We loved our stay, and only wish we could have stayed longer.
