Situated in Pottuvil and with Whiskey Point reachable within 30 metres, Whisky Point Resortfeatures a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a garden. We arrived at Whisky point not knowing what to expect. All I can say is that it exceeded our expectations in every way! We ended up extending our stay and became great friends with the owner, Nicola and his entire team! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were exceptional! It could be the best Pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The fact that you are living on the beachfront, which is super clean with no crowds and a few minutes walk away from Pottuvil Point where you can catch good surf when the swell is good or swim off the main rock when its flat, makes this place the perfect location, away from the madness of Arugam Bay which can get super crowded. You can catch a tuk tuk to A Bay and be there in 10 minutes if you want to go into the A Bay. I am going to miss this place and my friends and will be back for sure! 10/10 all the way!

Beach Cab Resort is set in Arugam Bay, 70 metres from Arugam bay surf point, 2.4 km from Muhudu Maha Viharaya and 11 km from Magul Maha Viharaya. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful! Lovely location - close to town but still quiet at night. Rooms are a nice size with air-conditioner and fans. Really enjoyed my stay here :)

The staff was very friendly, and they were helping us all the time. Especially, the owner. He made sure to contact us personally and guide. There are 5 total rooms, and they are separated (like little cabanas). Room was very clean and sanitized before our arrival. Private parking is enough for around 4 cars at a time. There is an electrical fence around the place for extra security. You won't find this kind of great place near Arugam Bay. A highly recommended place.

The location is right next to the beach. The staff are very friendly and the chef is excellent and very helpful. Very quiet and excellent value for money.

Eeast Beach Surf Resort features rooms with free WiFi. Located in Arugam Bay, it has a restaurant, 24-hour front desk and provides free private parking. Clean. Nice room with good view. Wifi is good as well and staff is super friendly.

The staff make you feel like your at home. The rooms are very clean and the property is beautiful. There is a library with a great selection of books that you can read while there. Jama often arranged extra things for us when we needed which was appreciated. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back!
