Situated in Pottuvil and with Whiskey Point reachable within 30 metres, Whisky Point Resortfeatures a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a garden. We arrived at Whisky point not knowing what to expect. All I can say is that it exceeded our expectations in every way! We ended up extending our stay and became great friends with the owner, Nicola and his entire team! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were exceptional! It could be the best Pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The fact that you are living on the beachfront, which is super clean with no crowds and a few minutes walk away from Pottuvil Point where you can catch good surf when the swell is good or swim off the main rock when its flat, makes this place the perfect location, away from the madness of Arugam Bay which can get super crowded. You can catch a tuk tuk to A Bay and be there in 10 minutes if you want to go into the A Bay. I am going to miss this place and my friends and will be back for sure! 10/10 all the way!

Wow this place is amazing! The property is brand new, the comfiest bed, the cabanas by the pool are so comfy, the food is amazing, the pool is great, and bonus its walking distance to main town arugum bay. We extended our stay. A special thank you for the birthday surprise too :)

Prime Surfers Bungalow มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในอารูกัมเบย์ ห่างจากหาด Whisky Point 200 ม.มีบริการที่พักพร้อมสวน ที่จอดรถส่วนตัวฟรี เลานจ์ส่วนกลาง และลานระเบียง รีสอร์ท 2... A hidden oasis in Arugam Bay. It’s in Whisky Point, so perfect if you want some peace from the main town (20 min by scooter or tuktuk). And if you surf it’s closer to the quieter, northern spots…so better imo. ;) Richard manages the place, and he has a wealth of stories and hidden spots to explore. I’d stay longer if I could! Very sweet dog and cat roam the property as well. ❤️ Much love to Arus & Richard for having us here.

Amazing location, very good vibes, staff was extremely helpful and nice. The bungalows /huts were very cool. The place is right by the beach as well.

We loved our stay at Rams Resort. Honestly, it's a super unique place in terms of the community created around - starting from the staff and the manager but also all the guests seem to get along so well and it doesn't feel like your typical hotel. You always feel supported with anything you might need and there's always someone around with the solution or a helpful tip. They'll help you organize with everything you need and you'll feel very welcome. All is super comfy too and the location is great. Fully recommend!
