Set within 49 km of Ryuoo Ski Park and 49 km of Zenkoji Temple, Lotte Arai Resort features rooms in Myoko. The accommodation provides a ski pass sales point, as well as a bar and ski-to-door access. The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna, restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Loved convenience of not having to go anywhere and we were able to just relax and have fun together as a family. All restaurants and meals/buffets were amazing. Soft serve machine a hit for the kids. Spa treatment was great. Amazing family holiday for us

The location is excellent, only a short walk from the main train station. The resort offers a shuttle bus to pick you up from the station. The rooms are really spacious and well designed. The outdoor onsen was excellent. Other than the comment below the staff were efficient and there were many at hand.

Honestly, I had no idea on what to expect as it was my 1st time visiting. As soon as I waked in I was greeted by the amazing hosts. They instantly made me and family feel at home, but for the most it's definitely an ultimate ski in and out with just a few minutes walk to the lifts at Akakura Onsen which connects you to the mountain to 2 spectacular ski resorts. Highly recommended this accommodation to all visiting.

The place had a great atmosphere and the food was prepared superbly. The hotel was nice enough to accommodate my wife’s vegetarian diet. The place is moments away from ski resorts and are happy to provide rental gear and shuttle trips to the resorts. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Perfect place for the price they are charging.

The Onsen on site was so amazing after a day of skiing at one of the Myoko resorts, the massage chair was a nice bonus. The private Onsen you’re able to book for 1 hour was such a luxury! They offer a free shuttle to and from various resorts in Myoko which made things very easy. The staff was so lovely and even went above and beyond to send me a very sentimental piece of jewelry to my next hotel in Tokyo after I left it there. Would recommend to any of my friends who will visit Myoko.
