Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Open from August 2018, featuring Mount Asama views and a single-star Michelin restaurant, Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel and Resort is located in Karuizawa. We loved the stay. The staff and the place was wonderful!

Aiaga ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon asub Omachis, 12,2 km kaugusel Kurobe tammist. Selles neljatärnihotellis on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The location is in Omachi town, secluded with nice surrounding area. About 30 minutes drive from Hakuba ski resorts. The onsen with outdoor view is superb & a must try! Breakfast is okay, I've been to other hotel with much variety but this hotel serve a nice one.

Love the onsen and the guest services office where you can leave your luggage while you shop at their outlet mall. they even ship your luggage to your room before you check in.

Situated within a private forest and boasting outdoor hot springs and award-winning cuisine, Sierra Resort Hakuba is a 10-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. what’s not to like! gorgeous property, roomy lodging. the onsen’s are amazing. the free snacks after skiing, the free wine in the evening, the dinner at the restaurant was heavenly. we were so spoiled! it was amazing being able to rent skis from the property. and the shuttle service was amazing. we hardly had to think of a thing! wish we could go back right now. also, we don’t have kids but we were so impressed with how they accommodate for families - kids utensils at breakfast, video games in the hang out area, even a kids toilet seat in the bathrooms!

The property is really good location and nice scenery. The food there is really good and staff is very helpful, excellent service .
