Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Breakfast is okay, I've been to other hotel with much variety but this hotel serve a nice one.

Room had a fantastic view and it was very comfortable . Breakfast was very good in a awesome and picturesque dining room. Onsen was clean and had a wonderful view of Asana too. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Located in a tranquil area surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel offers a shuttle and a luggage delivery service between JR Karuizawa Station south exit and the hotel. Love the onsen and the guest services office where you can leave your luggage while you shop at their outlet mall. they even ship your luggage to your room before you check in.
