K2 Lembeh Dive Resort features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bitung. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. We had an excellent 7 night stay at K2 Lembeh. The owner and the staff are outstanding. Sharon, the owner, communicated in a timely manner, answering all questions before we arrived, and then helping with arrangements during our stay via WhatsApp. Irra, who is in charge of the house and restaurant staff, was efficient and conscientious and very kind. She took care of all the details and even arranged for me to accompany her on a shopping trip to a huge market in Bitung on a day I was not able to dive. It is one of my trip highlights. Man, who is in charge of overall operations, and the dive experience, could not have been any more helpful. From arranging the details of our transportation, to taking me, after hours, into Bitung to see a doctor for an ear infection (he made the appointment, guided me to it, and stayed with me to help me figure out what was needed), to directing our dives, he always went above and beyond. You can tell that he takes pride in the operation and is very conscientious about making each guest’s stay a good experience. Fiki, our dive guide, was one of the best I have had. He was excellent at finding all those cool Lembeh Strait critters, and I also always felt very safe diving with him as he was always aware of us in the water, and was encouraging and thoughtful to me, a still slightly uncomfortable diver. The food was delicious—lots of local dishes, lots of vegetables and fresh fish. It is served as a buffet in an open area with a stunning view down the hill and to the Strait. There are a lot of steep stairs up to the dining area, but we did not mind them. The guests shared a table for meals which I really liked, as we met so many interesting travelers. The cabins are spacious, with a deck and a fine view, AC that works well, and your own carboy of water, with both hot and cold-water options.

Situated in Rinondoran, 200 metres from Paal Beach, Pulisan Resort features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. Free WiFi and room service are offered. We had a wonderful time in this location tucked away on a small beach in the forests of Sulawesi. The comfortable cabins were right on the beach. Staff did everything to make our stay memorable and as comfortable as possible in the rainy season.

Situato a Airtembaga, il Thalassa Dive Resort Lembeh offre una spiaggia privata e una piscina all'aperto. Tra i vari servizi di questa struttura figurano un barbecue, un giardino e una terrazza. I booked my trip in a rush, hoping to make a once in a lifetime visit to Sulawesi. I hadn't done much research, so it wasn't until I arrived in Lembeh that I realised I was far away from the famous Bunaken and could only do muck diving in Lembeh. The muck diving was PHENOMANAL for anyone wanting to see tiny stuff. However meeting other guests who had the foresight of booking the Manado and Lembeh sister resorts, I felt a bit embarrassed and a whole load of FOMO for coming to Sulawesi and not seeing Bunaken. I spoke to the management at Lembeh and they went away with my thoughts and after a day came back to confirm they had secured me a room and transfer at the sister resort in Manado and i would be able to continue my diving in Bunaken - and yes it was worth it, the coral walls and the turtles made it all worthwhile. The staff were attentive and lovely at both resorts. The dive guides in Mando were very mature and excellent. The food was great and the atmosphere between guests was excellent. I had a fab time as a solo traveller at both Thalassa resorts.

Barriera corallina straordinaria su fondale sabbioso, piena di coralli colorati e in salute e con nuvole di centinaia di pesci a pochi passi dallo sdraio quando c’è alta marea oppure con accesso dal pontile in bassa marea. Tramonti infuocati da ammirare seduti sul pontile o in spiaggia. Struttura elegante, cucina ottima (italo Indonesiana, con pane e croissant fatti in casa), rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto. Staff gentilissimo, in cui tutti ti chiamano per nome, anche grazie alla capienza massima contenuta. Complimenti ai manager Gabriele e Caroline, spero di ritornare! Stefano.

Situato a Manado, a 16 km dal porto di Manado, il Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort and Spa offre una piscina all'aperto, un centro benessere e un bar in loco. An amazing stay, this is heaven on earth in Bunaken! The resort staff was superbly accommodating, making sure everything was done superbly and all our wishes were taken care of. Everyone is superbly kind, the resort is gorgeous, the diving is one of the best I have experienced... I am not doing this review justice in this short summary, because it really was so amazingly unreal. Don't think twice, just book and enjoy!

Thalassa Dive & Wellbeing Resort boasts 1 outdoor pools in the shade of jungle gardens, a restaurant as well as a lounge & cafe. My wife and I do a lot of traveling and I must say the Thalassa Dive Resort does it right. The food is plentiful and fresh, the grounds are well kept, the bungalows and villas are comfortable, and there is world class wall and muck diving minutes away. However, the real gem at Thalassa are the genuinely friendly staff. The manager Arjen personally took the time to find out our interests and provided with top notch concierge service arranging all of our activities during our stay, along with joining us for some meals and taking us on a tour of Manado. The rest of the staff made us feel like part of their family with endless smiles and lots of conversation. One of the young ladies even joined us on a dive on her day off work. We can’t wait until our next visit.

Beautiful resort with yummy food. The management and staff were great -any problems were sorted promptly and we felt very well cared for. Great atmosphere and beautiful sunset views. Amazing house reef for snorkelling! We did the dolphin & snorkelling trips and my boyfriend did some dives (special thanks to Lea for re-introducing him to diving), all well organised. The spa is also fab. 10 days went too quickly! Highly recommended.

Blending nicely with the countryside, Raja Laut Dive Resort offers bungalows built with wood from coconut palms. Raja Laut is run by caring and well organized people! The communication is clear and quick and the service is even better! The food is cooking with love and care and is true Indonesian and if you are lucky you will be testers by pizza’s made by the owner out of their own wood oven!
