Can’t say enough good things about PinkCoco. The hotel, pool and beach were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. The massages at the spa were amazing and we did a private snorkelling trip in the pink boat which was fantastic. This place has by far the best beach front bar as well as really good food at the two restaurants (included breakfast was also great). We went to a couple of other bars/restaurants on the island which were nice but none had the same atmosphere and we kept ending up back at the hotel to eat/drink more often than not. Can’t recommend it enough. Was really sad to leave and hope to go back soon!

Everything, from the choice of food at restaurant, sustainable tea/coffee facilities and also the lemon fresh toiletries in ceramic pots, staff (I would leave my empty glass water bottles out and they would be re-filled, as I had do not disturb sign up) netting around the bed, sunset views from pool, comfy bed and pillows in room and also around the pool, live music which went on till 9pm so not too late along with other entertainment, able to rent bikes from reception, tranquility

Staff is very friendly and welcoming! And you need to come at least for a week, cause you would not want to leave!

There are world class surfing spots close to the hotel such as Pantai Mawi. The staff is very thoughtful and will cater to your needs. They can also give suggestions and contacts in case you want to explore the surroundings or plan a day trip to another part of the island. All things considered, Tropik Resort offers very good value for money.

They greet us with big smiles daily and you can feel their friendliness and support are genuine ❤️. They helped us with all of our requests from handling the coconut we found to cooking us the most yummy Jimbaran style fish with our catch of the day (from our very fun fishing trip who was also arranged by Hendra). Mr Firman, whom we had contact prior to the stay was quick in response and have been very helpful in arranging our transfer from airport. 2) Amazing private pool We had a private pool attached to the room which was perfect for our honeymoon to be away from other tourists. 3) Secludeness of the island We were at the more touristy area of the famous Gilis for snorkeling and were so glad that we stayed at Gili Asahan which is a bit more private and secluded away from the tourist crowd. They were only a handful of resorts with limited villas. Though secluded there are still opportunities for activities. The resort offers free kayak, sup and snorkeling equipment. We did a small hike for sunset view, snorkeling, kayaking and also a fishing trip during our stay. 4) Amazing food We look forward to the yummy breakfast daily and dinner. We had dinner almost everyday during our 6 nights stay and tried most of the dishes at the Naga restaurant. We were so amazed with the variety of the menu and whether it was the Japanese Tuna Tataki, Indian butter chicken, Indonesian dishes like Ikan Pepes, Laotian Sate, Thai Pandan Chicken or American burger, everything was sooooo tasty! They did not disappoint
