Tamila,who is working in guests relation desk was very friendly, kind and helpful. He helped me with printing the flight tickets. It is pleasure to be in touch with such nice and helpful staff.

Good location, great balcony, I could have stayed there for days. 😊 It's in new Batumi, close to the beach, stores, restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here, we plan to be back. You can't have enough of Georgia 🇬🇪 ❤️. I can only recommend the place.

This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed in, it was SO DIRTY!! I do not recommend at all. We had to change our room, so dirty & unclean, the floors dirty, sheets very dirty, bathroom dirty!! What??!! When we went to ask for a refund they said we’ve stayed up to 40 minutes in the room so they can’t change it. They also tried to leave a fake review under my name saying I liked the place. I didn’t want to review it before but why would you try to leave a fake review under my name?? Is that how you deceive your clients?! No way!!
