Sirenian Bay Resort -Villas & All Inclusive Bungalows has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Placencia Village. Every meal was very, very good. Chicken cordon bleu, lobster tails, conch chowder, buffalo wings, all were outstanding. Staff was exceptional service oriented and attentive; and one thing very notable was cleanliness of the facility. The resort was very relaxing and mostly quiet, some children did come about half way through our stay and they were just kids being kids. The resort provided travel to/from town and to/from local airport. Putt putt golf course is fun, a high quality activity available on site. The owners clearly take pride in this facility and it shows.

Located in Placencia Village, Ocean Breeze offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Placencia Beach and provides various facilities, such as free bikes, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Highly recommending the Ocean Breeze, speifically the "Mahi Room". It truly was spotless, providing us a large living /sleeping area with a valted ceiling with the best balcony overlooking the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep and waking to the sounds of the waves every day. This amazing covered balcony on the 2nd floor over looked the beach had table/chairs and couch and provided heaps of shade. Carla at recption was so helpful getting us sorted out with a last minute flight issue. The hotel was steps away from numeous restaurants, cafes, street food, shops and many opitons for daily tours. The A/C was appreciated at night and during the day the cross breeze in our room with the french doors to the balcony open provided us comfort during the day. It was the best option in Placencia and will highly recommend to many of my friends.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Naïa Resort and Spa offers accommodation in Placencia Village. Breakfast and location are a delight. Staff is extremely accomodating, special attention was paid to us especially in keeping us in our room when there was a discrepancy on availabilty.

Offering an outdoor pool and a seafront restaurant, Mariposa Belize Beach Resort is located right on the beach in Placencia. Everything about this property was great. super friendly staff, immaculately kept grounds, super clean. far enough from the business of Placencia to be relaxing and quiet, yet close enough to go by bike or rented golf cart.

Offering an outdoor pool and a spa, Turtle Inn is located on a private beach in Placencia, Belize. Each cottage and villa has a balcony with garden, pool or sea views. This was as good as it gets. Incredibly friendly and personable staff who wanted to go above and beyond at all times to be helpful without being overbearing or sycophantic (shout out to Jonny and Xavier in particular). The rooms were exquisitely decorated, spacious and comfortable. There were multiple swimming pools and direct access to the sea, free paddleboards, bikes, kayaks. The food was amazing albeit pricey, but it all fell into the luxury category that the Turtle Inn embodies. Pro tip - utilise the drinks happy hour each day from 4-6pm!

This incredible resort offers guests on-site dive facilities and kayaks to explore the area.... Flawless grounds , flawless staff , communal dinner was great to get to meet other guests , catered to special events really well - cannot fault ! very clean large room in overwater bungalow

Umaya Resort & Adventures is located on the beachfront in Maya Beach, just a 20-minute drive from Placencia. Everything!! So clean and the staff was so accommodating and nice! The food & drinks were excellent

Jaguar Reef Lodge & Spa is located right on Belize’s beautiful coral reef in Hopkins. It offers quick beach access, plus 2 outdoor swimming pools and an on-site restaurant. Everything was fantastic, we love the luxury rooms with mini pool, the friendly staff and the beautiful beach and swimming pool.

The grounds are beautiful. My room - beachfront villa - was spectacular; many times during the day and night I would sit on the patio and watch the sea while listening to the waves. The staff are the best. they are all genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Travis, Michelle and Adelma at the restaurant (I did not get the names of the other staff members there but everyone was very nice), Robert and Natasha in the office, Edd and Dennis who helped with the booking of excursions, and of course Pablo - who shared his knowledge, enthusiasm and love of his country.

Located in Maya Beach and with Maya Beach reachable within a few steps, Ceiba Beach Resort provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. Upon arrival Kyle made us feel welcome and at home. Kyle was extremely informative, accommodating, and his many years in hospitality is clearly an asset to this resort. My husband and I would go back and stay again here when visiting placencia belize.
