Beautiful location and grounds. Mix of good and rubbish, which is typical of Vietnamese owned hotels I understand. The hotel claims to be of international standards but this is not so. Appalling meal in Bamboo Restaurant, warm wine, served half way through dinner where food arrived all together. No staff training or English spoken. More interested in clearing tables away then providing a customer service. Having said that, excellent and professional service in another restaurant on site the following day. Front of house staff excellent and a credit, big shoutout to Anh. A real mix bag of experiences.

They have great facilities and grounds: big playground in the woods, several pools, tennis courts, several restaurants, a lake, etc. Breakfast was mainly Vietnamese, but with a good selection of pastries and decent coffee. Breakfast is served in the skybar which offers nice views. For lunch and dinner there are mainly Vietnamese options which are tasty. The Western food is average at best. Staff was very helpful and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and had a large bathroom and even a small kitchen.

The Villa, "Charm 3.7," was beautiful and had a lovely lemongrass scent, making it a delightful place to spend most of our time. The "full" kitchen has NO dishes. The sauna/hot room (not a hot tub or Jacuzzi) in the room does NOT turn on - also read the fine print at the bottom of my attached photo. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. The free buggy/golf cart service around the property was a great convenience, and we never had to wait long for one. The property itself was beautiful, with clean pools, lots of greenery, and an area full of pine trees that smelled fantastic.
