After a very long flight and feeling under the weather, the guy at the front desk really made me feel better. he had everything ready and waiting so check in was a breeze and offered to bring up my grub hub delivery to my room for me. His bright sunny smile and positive attitude were so comforting. He made one feel they were at a 5 star resort! everything was clean and nice in the room.
