We loved it, the hotel had been working for the last days but the food was great - red fish, every evening ala cart. The room has a very beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Ng Phaselis hotel is a highly recommended option for families looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. The hotel is immaculately clean and well-maintained, with a dedicated team of staff who work tirelessly to ensure that every guest enjoys a pleasant experience. The service at the Ng Phaselis hotel is truly amazing. Guests have access to a WhatsApp group with a hotel assistant who is available to take care of all their needs. The staff members are courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist in any way possible. Furthermore, guests receive a free upgrade to a sea view room which is highly appreciated. For families with kids, the hotel offers a wonderful kids club that provides excellent care for the little ones. Kids who are 4 years old or older can stay unsupervised which allowed us to relax. Special thanks to Melissa, Deniz, and Marina, who were extra amazing with our girls. There’s also number of pools including a indoor heated pool, water park and arcade with video games - needles to say our kids never got bored. For guests traveling with babies, the hotel is well-equipped with baby equipment in the room, and there is a fridge with baby food in the main restaurant, making it very comfortable for parents with babies. However, there are a few minor points for improvement that could make the hotel even better. The vegetarian selection is limited and not very diverse outside the main restaurant. Additionally, most of the special restaurants require extra payment, which was not clear from the official website. Overall, the Ng Phaselis hotel provides excellent value for money, and guests are sure to have a memorable and comfortable stay. It's a great choice for families with kids. I would definitely return to the Ng Phaselis hotel and recommend it to others.

It was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel in Turkey. I was really surprised by the great service and perfect accommodations. We stayed for 5 days, and it was definitely worth it. There were delicious food and beverages, friendly staff, and wonderful entertainment. You can find a hiking area near the location. We spent 2-3 hours wandering through these picturesque landscapes. The spa area, pool area, and beach area are really good places for relaxation and fun. Evening events were incredible and breathtaking. Thanks to the whole entertainment and sports team. Personally, many thanks to Tanya for the daily yoga and workout classes; she is very nice and professional. Thanks to Samantha, Evita, Kazim, and, of course, Mr. Cenk for the fun and daily activities; they are so cool and helpful.

A place that exceed your expectation on all levels, this is a resort that has made so much efforts to deliver a service that is not offered by 99% of all properties and hotels in the world. The list of amazing services offered is just too many, but I will mention few: Room: Spacious, comfortable, Showers easy to use, Spectacular view for 80% of rooms, Room service twice a day, a choice of 5 different aroma that will make your room always smell aromatic like SPA. All Restaurant have an A+ Chef, every single restaurant have multiple signature dishes, the food taste and quality are extremely outstanding in all restaurants, that you can never get under one Hotel roof. the Main restuerant is another outstanding experience at all levels. A fine belguim chocolate outlet for takeaways anytime in the day, and a pastry shop that is as good as any High End French Pastery shop in Paris. The beach service, you can order anything you want from any restaurant, and it will be delivered to you without any restrictions, the SPA and Hammam is a walking experience without the need for rebooking, Unlike many hotels, this hotel has very little restrictions that you will not even notice them. even upon early checkout the hotel arrange for a small private room with private shower, to put your luggage, have a rest, until the time of leaving the hotel. in Short this is the most outstanding hotel I have every been in my whole entire life.

We love how all is well thought, there is a gigant watch enabling you to move between restaurants and activities as needed. If u dont catch breakfast, you can eat at the snack options, same with dinner, also pastisserie. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, very well cleaned and maintained, I didnt see anything neglected in the entire hotel. Fresh water available at all times, drinks, ice cream.Beach towels clean as needed. Customer service taken seriously :) the personell are always willing to help, the activities are great, the kids club very well thought (trampolin, slides, legoroom!)..The food varied, balanced and delicious. The jumping inflatable at the pool was amaaazing. We loooved it and are coming back next year!

A great hotel in Kemer area, close to the brach, 15 min walk to the centre of Kemer. The room was big and clean, the food is good with variety of options, same meals everyday. The pools were cold, we spend the most time swimming in the warm sea!
