This was a really great place to stay for a great price. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were attentive and super helpful. They arranged a scooter rental for us, took care of our laundry and all for very reasonable prices. The green on offer in the shop is exceptional, well priced and the staff there were all knowledgeable and very friendly. I had an awesome time hanging out with staff and visitors in their air conditioned lounge at the end of each days adventures. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay for much longer.

A Peaceful Paradise with Amazing Sunsets" It had been more than 20 years since my last visit to Koh Samui, and boy, things have really changed, especially in places like Chaweng, Lamai, and Bo Put. Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle, I stumbled upon Am Samui Resort in Taling Ngam, and what a find it turned out to be! Am Samui Resort is tucked away perfectly on a beautiful private beach, right on the island's west side where you can catch stunning sunsets. If you're tired of the busy towns, this place is a peaceful sanctuary. The rooms at the resort are spacious, modern, and super comfy – a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The small pool is a gem, but the real winner is the private beach with its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters, just begging for long swims and strolls. Taling Ngam is mostly a local hangout, without all the loud bars and parties found elsewhere. It's the spot for authentic Thai cuisine at local prices, not the inflated tourist rates. Am Samui Resort welcomes everyone, whether you're traveling solo, with a romantic partner, as a digital nomad, or with your family. Despite its popularity, the resort doesn't get overcrowded, even during peak times. While the resort has dining options, I'd recommend venturing out to try the local food. Grabbing a scooter, which you can rent at the resort, is a smart move for discovering hidden culinary treasures in the area. Conclusion: In a nutshell, my stay at Am Samui Resort in Taling Ngam surpassed my expectations. If you're in search of a peaceful and picturesque escape, away from the crowds, this is your spot. I was so blown away that I've already locked in my next visit. Don't pass up on this little piece of paradise!

If you want to get away from the crowds and really relax this place is perfect. The bungalows are simple but clean and cute, AC works great. The food at the restaurant was really good. The staff is lovely and they have pets all over the place!

Wirklich super freundlich war, dass das Hotel uns am gleichen Tag ein paar Sachen nach Krabi hinterher gesendet hatte, die wir in einer Schublade vergessen hatten. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und die Organisation per Whats App klappe auch sehr gut. Das Hotel hat uns eine sehr gute Empfehlungen zu einem Scooter-Verleih auf der anderen Straßenseite gegeben, der Roller war in einem guten Zustand und sehr günstig. Der freundliche Besitzer ist selber Mechaniker, was mir ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gab. Nach dem wir den Roller zurückgebracht hatte, hat er uns noch zur Fähre gefahren und beim Kauf der Tickets beim richtigen Anbieter geholfen. Dabei war sein Preis auch noch mal einige Bath günstiger als die üblichen Taxis.

The hut we had was in an amazing location, right on the beach. It also had a very nice pool. It was very peaceful and you could watch the sun set every night. Staff was accommodating and brought us our meals. The food was very good. They also helped with transport to other locations. The gift shop is also open late.
