The hotel itself much more fantastic then island.

I stayed with my friend's family for two days and thought we should stay for three nights. The hotel is very beautiful, and the children had a great time snorkeling and digging in the sand. The next day, we found that the air conditioner in the room was not cooling. The front desk initially contacted us to fix it. Later, they directly changed the room for us and upgraded it to a villa room. When I finally left, my husband found that his wallet was missing. He thought it might have been left in the previous room when he changed rooms. He asked the hotel and said he didn't find it. There were bank cards, passports and some cash in it. Unexpectedly, when I boarded the speedboat on the outlying island, I thought the front desk staff came to tell me that I had found it, and even ran back to get it for us. Thank you so much. I will come to Ban Raya again.

En alldeles underbar semester på ett fantastiskt hotell med otroligt vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fantastiskt läge och god service med alla faciliteter. Underbar pool att för att ta sköna kvällsdopp. Frukost alldeles utmärkt med varierat utbud och menyn på restaurangen har mycket gott att erbjuda.
