Although it's public, it's very hard for a person that is not a client to join, therefore is not crowded at all. You can snorkel and see lots of fish. The room is very big with a huge shower. The distance to the beach is very close. The hike is cute and not difficult at all. There is a nice view from the top.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We also really enjoyed the decor: soooo much greenery! Some people complain in the reviews that the breakfast options could be more varied. We felt that it was just fine: it wasn't the best hotel breakfast we ever had but it was ok, and the fresh fruit selection made it excellent. The coffee was also really good.
