Unlimited access to Terma Bania. It really makes a difference. Selection of saunas, relax area with a pool bar, a number of pool attractions (like whirlpool). Entire hotel is pretty new, really well designed in realistic highlander style. It even has a room with top shelf PCs and VR headsets.

Lovely interior, great breakfast, helpful staff. Room was very spacious. Good location as starting point for skiing or Tatra hiking. Walking distance to restaurants nearby.

Location was excellent! So close to the lifts and less small children compared to Bania. Staff were great and the breakfast was delicious! The pool, spa and saunas were also very good. There is a locker for the ski gear at the hotel which was very handy.

It was a really cozy, new apartment with a small American-style kitchen. The coffee machine was also superb. All over it was ok for a family with two kids. Additionally, we can use the activity room in building A which is really great for finally tiring the children after a long day with billiards, table football, darts or ping-pong - even Minecraft :D It was nice to view the mountains from beside the apartment, and the ski bus also has a stop nearby it. TVs are modern, and can be used as youtube screens, too!

The hosts have been charming. From the first moment they were understanding of our arrival time and allowed us to check-in a little earlier than usual. All the rooms in the house (bedrooms, bathrooms and dining room) were very clean. In addition, ski equipment can be left in a room in the same house. Going skiing from home is very comfortable because there is a bus that runs very frequently (both going and coming) that picks you up at the door and leaves you at the station. We are very happy to have chosen this accommodation, we recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to Joanna and her son for hosting us during our stay!!
