A big shout out to Katia at concierge, Alberto our Butler, Jose, our pool towel gentleman, Ricardo, the drink server around the pool… Carlos, who is another Butler at El Beso, Jonathan and Angel, our servers at the restaurants… and cannot forget about all the workers at the spa! Big shout out to Alfredo and Adela!! Everyone made our experience full of fantastic memories! I will definitely be back again, and again, and again! This is what true VIP services is about!! Everyone always had a smile on their faces, and made the experience so much fun for us.

Lots of choices which made it easy to have a different, healthy, and fresh breakfast every morning. Coffee was superb with the double pour of coffee and hot milk at the same time. Never a problem with seating which was spread out. Waiters and hostesses were super friendly and available to accommodate our needs/requests.
