NOWWWW this is the most AMAZING PLACE!!! The room over looking the beach & sea, the staff & food was TRUELY SUPERB!!! We watched Wales jumping & breaching from our room & at breakfast. The complementary very large Cocktail & Taco when we arrived was a true Winner!!!!

The room was also really well laid out. Plenty of room and storage space. The patio had a great ocean view which you could also see from the bed. They don't have TV or wifi in the rooms, but overall very relaxing place to stay. The other VanWormer resort is nearly right next door, Hotel Palmas de Cortez, and it is a bit more lively with tv in room and more options. There were lots of birds to watch while we were sitting outside. The room is very cozy and the bed and linens are very comfortable. The property is in a great location… not too far from town and very close to Tres Palapas Pickleball Resort.

Pool is beautiful if only it was heated and had pool lighting it would be a 5 rating. Price is like it is a top resort but the amenities and construction noise deserve a big discount. Great for big noisy groups, but not a romantic tranquilo vacay sadly. Good bed and AC worked.
