Clean and quiet in secure area. It was exactly as advertised, the best part was Nita, our host. What an amazing person with a passion for her island. we had a welcome basket upon arrival, she showed us the area to help get us settled. And then she was in regular contact with us to make sure everything was great and she helped us organize tours with local companies.

The check-in process was efficient, and I was pleased to find that my room preferences had been thoughtfully accommodated. Speaking of the room, it was a haven of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was truly remarkable. I appreciated the cleanliness and the overall ambiance that made me feel right at home. The dining experience at Casa Florida Hotel was equally impressive. The culinary offerings were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service, adding to the enjoyment of every meal. The location of your hotel, with its convenient access to local attractions and landmarks, was another highlight of my stay. It made exploring the city a breeze. However, I have a suggestion that could further enhance the guest experience. I noticed that there was no shatafa (bidet spray) in the toilet, which is a feature I've found to be quite useful during my travels. Installing shatafas in the bathrooms could be a valuable addition that would align with modern hygiene standards and enhance guest comfort. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was wonderfully large and had a lounge area and kitchen. Outside was a small seating area. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was big with a bath and separate shower. Hotel had a restaurant which served breakfast, our accommodation included breakfast, highly recommended you get this included with your room as it's fresh, eggs made anyway you want, and there's plenty of it (if you go away hungry that's your fault). The location is amazing right across from an amazing beach. There is a nice charcoal grill next to the hotel and shops like supermarket, pharmacy, scuba dive centre and surf shop are about 100m away. There is also Grand Baie about 10 min walk or you can catch a bus or taxi.

Everything. The breakfast, the food in the restaurants, the pool areas, the general attention to detail is like nothing ive seen before. The staff were all so warm and helpful. The valet staff were so efficient. My wide loved the spa, not my thing but it looked beautiful inside. it was our honeymoon and every person went over and above to make sure we were happy and well looked after. They included a complimentry wedding package, which was also a nice touch. The breach is arguably the best beach on the island. we drove around to see them all and got back to realise we had it pretty good where we were staying. Id go as far as to say our meal in the japanese restaurant is up there with one of the best i've had. exceptionally good, and convenient with it being in the hotel.

on the mont choisy beach so could not ask for more as this is a beach with the turquoise water. staff offered us an early check in at 11am even though we just wanted to leave our bags. They did well to be very attentive to my younger kids.
