Super breakfast, butler Roshan is perfect and so dedicated. Villa with a super view, garden, pool and all the amenities. Cleaning 3 times a day. Privacy is great. Every moment of our vacation managed very well by a team perfectly coordinated by Umberto, a very engaged General Manager. Overall an exceptional experience!

2 great pools with a children’s pool attached. Absolutely beautiful gardens and nice big room. Hot and cold shower a bonus. Breakfast if you want it. The manager Jay was what made my stay too, he was so helpful giving me great recommendations for dinner. He always had a friendly smile and was always interested in talking to me which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Thank you Jay!!!

Lloc molt acollidor i tranquil a 3 minuts de la platja. Teníem una habitació enorme amb un llit comodíssim i una terrassa amb vistes al jardí i a la piscina. Dutxa amb aigua calenta i molta pressió. Hi ha un bar molt a prop de l'hotel per poder prendre alguna cosa.

From checking to checkout, we had a great support from team with a smile. I was sick and they immediately took me to a doctor which was a great support. Food amazing , string hoppers and chicken curry was really tasty . Noticed that Personally talked to guest. With the Lightings in the night , it’s like heaven, beautiful. We enjoyed our stay . Where to start...we've just returned from 16 nights in Sri Lanka, we had planned to stay at Shiva for 5 nights but at the end of our trip decided to return for 4 more nights, the resort was so peaceful and tranquil and the room itself was superb. We had a very comfy bed, a large bathroom with a shower that overlooked the lagoon, a roof terrace above the accommodation and an additional seating area external to the property. Andrea & Shyam are an amazing pair, so friendly, helpful and a delight to be around. Due to the resort having 5 cabanas it never felt crowded, the pool was large enough and you could have your own privacy if you wanted it. We could not have asked for any more, my partner and I agreed it was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in, which is a testament to the passion and drive from both Andrea & Shyam.

This was an amazing stay. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful right beside the lake in amongst nature. Our host was awesome and so helpful. The food was incredible too. Definitely our favourite place we stayed during our month long honeymoon.
