Te room was very spacious with a beautiful view. Onsen was great, even had sauna. But the best part was dinner in japanese restaurant 10/10!!

The room that we’ve stayed in was very neat. Everything was prepared before we came in the room. The host was too kind and even make calls for clarificarions and changes that will happen in advance. Overall it was fun, great and we even appreciate the kindness of the host as we were really a guest 👍

A lot exception personal touches in room with a lot of stuff like toothbrush luxury hand creams face washes etc. Got to wear own Yukata. Big sized room. Both evening meal and breakfast meal were amazing very delicious. Public onsen bath with sauna and cold plunge pool very quite had the whole place to myself both times I attended. Staff exceptionally friendly very welcoming. Complimentary taxi to Atami station (5 minutes) very steep if you brave the walk!NickYoung couple

Despite arriving late, I was greeted by the employee Taka at the door, who kindly checked me in and gave me a free upgrade without me even requesting it. I also accidentally left one of my belongings at the hostel, and Taka kindly mailed it back to me the next day. I'd like to give a special thanks to Taka for ensuring my stay as fantastic and returning my belongings to me!AAjaySolo traveler
