Have travelled extensively for both work and pleasure - this is the best hotel we have stayed in, anywhere in the world. The staff are absolutely exceptional- professional, consistent and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done to the highest standard. A special mention to Denise who was a very special host. The hotel itself is remarkable. Historic and painstakingly restored- the perfect balance between old and new. Some parts of the hotel feel like you are in a museum. The court yard next to reception is charming and a place we really enjoyed having an evening drink in after the stunning pool and before dinner. We also thought the food at Massimo Manttaro’s restaurant was the best we ate at in Sicily (far better than up the road at the Belmond). An exceptional stay in every respect, words don’t do it justice.

Heart warming friendly familie, superclean and modern location. Perfect location to get some rest and quiet after a visit Taormina only (20minuten). Fresh homemade breakfast and limonade, we did not have diner there but asked other guests and they say food is amazing! The entree of this Beautiful location u will pass fruit gardens. The season was ending so hotel was not fully operational. Beach is good for the area but the sea was quite rough. Small Pool still open but we didn’t use it. Large pool closed. Most guests were “all-inclusive” package deals. Breakfast was ok.

Spacious enough for a family (we were a couple). Handy to a good supermarket. Reception desk was very helpful. Air conditioning works well. This is a region which has severe summer temperatures, yet curiously, the only shade on the outside patio is from a portable umbrella: a pergola with a vine would significantly increase the ambiance.

Everything that was operational was clean & properly maintained. There were orange and lemon trees all around which you could take a fruit from and eat while enjoying the sun.
