Amazing service and attention to detail. I had such peaceful and relaxing stay at ITC Grand. From time of check-in to checkout everything was phenomenal. I was on my honeymoon trip. The staff took extra care to make sure my room was ready with decoration and small details and anything else if we needed was just a phone call away. I felt at such ease during my stay. Felt like I didn't not want to leave. The front desk staff as well as all other staff on the Resort was always willing to help and was always greeted with smile and namaste. The room was well stocked with all the essentials and there was plenty of towels and other necessary items. The pool with slides was awesome and delight to swim in, so many things to explore as well the long walkways to explore on the compound. The landscaping and ambiance was stunning. Amazing place to take Instagram picture's. Felt like I was transported to another world because the upkeep of the property was simply superb. Morning brunch/breakfast was plentiful with Continental as well Indian and local Goan cuisine. The taste was absolutely delightful and mouth watering. The restaurants on the property had such delicious food and many choices to choose from. Overall my stay at ITC Grand far exceeded my expectations and is very much satisfied. Would like to give a special shoutout to for courteous service of Suzan at front desk and Ramila of Housekeeping. They were both amazing. Will be visiting grand again in the near future.

This hotel is cheaper than some of the neighboring resorts, but I am not sure why. It was very modern, with a beautiful pool, lawn and beach front. We only ate at the one restaurant and it was great. There was huge variety in the menu and the morning buffet left nothing to be desired, having both traditional western and Indian fare. The resort facilities were very nice, up scale, clean and well maintained.

Great food for breakfast and dinner at the bistro. The service from Krunal, Roshan, Mallik and Kumar was outstanding, they were accomodating our and our daughter’s wishes even if not on the menu. We felt very welcome!

We are group of two families with kids. The staff is friendly and cooperative the manger is attentive, and reception staff esp Ann welcoming with flowers, juice and complimentary fruit and desert trays. The staff allowed us for very early check in. Kids enjoyed the play area friendly staff with many activities. The pool was very nice with lots of toys and divided for kids and adults. The beach is clean and safe. The food is exceptional and wide range to cover all tastes and many options are non spicy. The chef was checking if food meets our expectations which it was. The dinner is really nice with an excellent musical band. High security and you feel safe and well looked after. Available transportation at request.

We had a great time in Alila, The staff did everything to make our stay at the property pleasant The property is clean and well treated. Location is a bit problem- there is nothing on the area, but once you arrive Alila, you don’t want to get out the hotel..

Honestly, it was amazing! Mr. Antonio is a super nice person! He helped me during the placing in the room. I have booked the room in the early morning and he come earlier to place me in the room. It is very sweet of him! In general I like the attitude to me and the flat was huge and very clear. My opinion of this place - amazing!
