Elaine & Kimberly were super amazing. They have super excited my expectations. To be honest all of the staff did. They attended to our every need, anything we needed they were there to help. Even before the trip, Elaine was super responsive and although I didn’t get the opportunity to meet her, she made sure that everything was taken care of and made sure that the rest of the staff did the same.
