Was there for 5 nights. Food is very good - wide selection. I do not know why some complaint about it. Maybe variety of snacks could be more. Our room had private pool(first flow) - it was very nice for kids. Very small, but cozy beach about 250m from hotel. Also ATM is in area, several stores are also in hand reach. There is option for late check-out if needed. Waterpark is inside hotel territory and is quite good. We booked it via booking com so tourist fee was included,

Food ( This was one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Good quality, plenty of choices, we didn't even consider to go eat outside the resort which doesn't happen often) Location (brick view to the sea, right next to the beach, close to the main city Zakynthos) Stuff/hospitality ( very welcoming people especially in the restaurant and at the bars. Always ready to help)

Excellent experience!!! Very nice modern rooms with unbelievable views. The restaurant was perfect with very delicious food and nice service, very recommended! The wife and all facilities have very good quality. All staff was very nice friendly and helpful.

The Villa was perfect, very comfortable and clean. The cleaning service was very efficient, we didn't need to think about anything else but relaxing. The location is great as a starting point for trips around the island. Price is 100% worth the value

The Epitome Villa at the Porta Del Mar Beach Resort was stunningly beautiful and very comfortable. It felt like staying in a modern castle. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own private bathroom (always nice not to share) and own balcony. The layout was perfect as we could spend time together in the downstairs common areas or enjoy some quiet time upstairs in our own bedroom areas. The villa is set just behind the main property and offers a lot of privacy with its own fenced outdoor area and pool - or if you step over to the main property, you can enjoy the company of the resorts other guests. The main property has many gorgeous terraces and stairs built into the hill-side above the small private beach. The views are spectacular! The restaurant on property is also very good. We enjoyed the ease of the daily breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed having our own kitchen and dining room in the villa for laid back family evenings. I didn’t think we would use the private pool much - but it was a favorite place for afternoon naps. Wi-Fi worked great - important as we could not entirely unplug from work. The property owners/managers were very kind and welcoming. They made themselves available to assist us at all times - even during the Easter holiday!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The food was really good too. The hotel bar is AMAZING. Everyone was so nice to us.
