First of all everyone of the staff welcomed us so nicely! Without asking they decided to upgrade our room to the suite! Even tho the check in was supposed to be at 15:00 pm they insisted that we go and eat breakfast because we came early and they gave us our room a lot earlier then they were supposed to. Everyone was super nice! Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, nice and warm staff, great breakfast with a lot of options. We had the BEST time!

We had a great time at Anastasia hotel where we spent 11 nights and would definitely stay again! The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful and being able to enjoy 3 pools (one for babies) was a real luxury! Close to the bus stop and to the beach / restaurants + private parking for the rental car were great. We also enjoyed our balcony. The breakfast was super good and dinner had a wide range of dishes; something for everyone! The price - quality ratio was very good! It's a comfortable not-fancy hotel which was perfect for our family

All inclusive package was great. The kids slides and the variety of pools are very satisfied for everyone. The kids' entertainment is absolutely fantastic. The outdoor playground and the fields are also good choices for the whole family. We had a room upgrade to a very beautiful and spacious room. Fresh towels on a daily basis. We enjoyed our stay.
