staff and facilities were all 5 star, some activities were not running due to Covid which is totally understandable. only disappointment was the lack of communication trying to refund 1 of the roo a due to family unable to travel from testing positive to Covid, a reply from both bookings.com and the resort are still being waited on, I will have to escalate this.
