We were made very welcome and the chalet conformed to the description. No bad surprises. The chalet was spacious, heated before our arrival and the fireplace allowed us to spend good times inside even though it was -25 outside. The sauna in the chalet was a real plus too. Very close to the lake, the snowshoe or Nordic ski trails, it is a perfect location which gives the feeling of being in the heart of nature while being in the immediate vicinity of a clear traffic route, which is not negligible in extreme cold. I think we will come back if the opportunity arises.

No es un resort, es más bien una granja adaptada para que vaya gente pero es lo de menos. Es un sitio ESPECTACULAR, con unas vistas increíbles al lago, sobre todo al atardecer. Buena carretera para llegar, los dueños MUY amables, tenía que hacer el checkout antes y me pusieron 0 problemas e incluso me ofrecieron gratis comida del lago pescado por ellos mismos. Repetiría 10000% El desayuno muy bien! La habitación bien también, lo necesario.

The ambience of the place is what I liked the most here. A bit away from the highway by the lake amid the picturesque landscape of Punkaharju, the resort is among the perfect places if you are looking for a place to unwind. The Punkaharju ridge and the nature trails in Lusto area are just a few kilometres away - you can either walk or rent a bike from the reception. Apart from this, one can participate in a number of leisurely activities. The resort also has an aquatic park and rope park close by. For food you can visit their restaurant or even cook in the kitchen if you are camping. Talking of camping, they have quite a large area for pitching tent or parking caravan. Other options to stay include cottages. I stayed in one of the small economy cottages with two beds. It was decently size with a refrigerator and a microwave a couple of chairs outside. Given the size of the cottage it does not include any closet but has a shelf to keep stuffs. Finally, before I forget, I need to mention the staff who were very helpful and always served with a smile.
