Perfect location with walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beaches and public transport. Accommodation was also flawless. Nice and clean pool next to the appartment which was never crowded. Highly recommend this place!

Great location. 5min walk to beach. Supermarket, restaurants, cafes and taxi/bus stop across the road. Pool area was spotless. The complex is mostly residential but very quiet and clean. Apt has modern kitchen and everything you need including washing machine. Definitely would go back.

This place is absolute perfection! thank you so much Finke for your hospitality, humor and showing us the place! It was very clean, pleasant, there is everything you need in there(no jokes, literally!). the location could not be better, 5 minutes and you see the ocean. And thank you for letting us leave our stuff till 3 pm instead of 10am, it made everything so much easier. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! :) Definitely coming back!!

Great communication before and throughout the stay -Video sent by Susy before arrival - location of key box and key code, safe & pool key location. Apartment had all cooking facilities, comfy beds, great shower, spotlessly clean, great location, little welcome gift of wine and water. Wifi great. Supermarket across the road. Pleasant stay and would return on our next visit to Tenerife

The perfect apartment hotel for my needs. Perfect location on the promenade in the middle of the city. I lived in a tower building - very clean, tidy. The pool area is not very large, but large enough and very nice looking & comfortable. And you have five minutes walking to ocean. It should be noted that this is an apartment hotel that does not provide included meals, but I did not bother with it, the room has the necessary equipment for cooking, if desired. Friendly reception staff, I really appreciate you coming to my request on arrival! And especially want to thank the daily cleaning ladies team!
