Vi likte alt ved hotellet. Alle var svært vennlige og hjelpsomme. For dem som liker god mat, ha det gøy, og ikke minst feste er dette plassen å være på. Vi vil nok reise tilbake til dette hotellet på ferie igjen. Jeg vil si stor takk til manageren som tok oss imot og sørget for at alt gikk smerte fritt. Hotel ansatte er 6 stjerner og dette gjelder absolutt hver og en. Bartenderen i den Japanske restauranten var helt konge, alle drinkene han laget var i særklasse og ingenting var lagt til tilfeldighetene. Kanskje en av beste vi har vært borti på lang tid.

The beach. Breathtaking. Shallow, without waves. Perfect for anyone. The rooms are gorgeous. The food is very good on most restaurants. Especially at the main one that serves breakfast as well. The Indian restaurant is also a must. The staff are the best staff ever. The fire pits with the sofas to chill out. By far the best gym ever. Overall an amazing experience. Good job to everybody, from the person who designed it, to the managers and the workers. Bravo bravo bravo

The Punta Cana International Airport is minutes from Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection Adult All-Inclusive Resort, Dominican Republic.

The property layout was well thought out that provided many different types of rooms and settings. Super clean. Great food at all the restaurants. The Pool was amazing. Lots of daily activities. Staff was super friendly with special thanks to Caroline, Elizabeth, Carlos, Gilbert, Dillon and Eudy. They made our stay there so much fun and active. Our Butler Miguel was super. Very accommodating and always there for us.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, lake view and a patio, The Ultimate Escape Unpack Relax Enjoy is located in Punta Cana.

The Pent-house unit was as expected. It was clean and as per pictures from the network. The location is walking distance to the private beach which is about 3-5 min. You need to register with Playa Turquesa reception to receive wristband for use private beach entrance. I love beach café ZOHO and all beach activities like speed boat and snorkeling. You can buy tours and activities from the beach sale’s representatives. They are not expensive $20-100 per person. I like local restaurant Citrus and Italian bakeries with fresh croissants. I used local supermarket Ciccolella for groceries. It offers variety of breakfast items; milk, eggs, yogurt, sandwich items, drinks as well as all items you need to prepare a delicious lunch. I used filtered water from Apartment kitchen. I used and I love swimming pools inside Playa Turquesa. The apartment has beach towels for the guests and all bathroom’s items for clean up. Overall vacation was good with no issues for my stay inside Penthouse. Will recommend the stay inside Playa Turquesa for future guests. As per Vacation Rentals ratings from Google it has 675 good reviews.

Tortuga Bay Hotel is great! My wife and I flew there from the UK for 10 days at the beginning of February 2024. The staff were absolutely wonderful- everyone was super friendly and spoke pretty good English. As a bonus, guests are allocated an ’Embajadores Team’ who will suggest activities and arrange anything you want. You really feel like a VIP! We went to the Carnival and hired a car for 3 days, driving round the island sight-seeing. We go to the Caribbean every year and we both felt that the exceptional beach villas and whole layout of the estate was one of the best we have ever visited. I loved the addition of a golf cart and bikes to go to restaurants & spa etc. Security is first class and we felt 100% safe at all times. I guess the only downside was the beach- it looks amazing, lots of it but just a little bit rough and sea weedy. But this is more than compensated by the beauty of it, the lack of people (while we were there) and the surprising amount of wildlife- pelicans, herons and all manner of seabirds. Puntacana has what looks like the most amazing golf courses but as neither of us play the game- we missed out on that. In summary, I thoroughly recommend the Tortuga Bay: it’s a beautiful hotel with very high standards and delightfully friendly staff.

All restaurants, meals and drinks choice was excellent. Jose from front desk provided great support to us when our luggage did not arrived in time and was recovered after 3 days. Beach service an facilities amazing. We will consider to come back next year to complete our journey over Dominican Republic, that we had to cancelled this time because luggage troubles.
