The resort was having a dinner/dance which required tickets and they were sold out so I sent a email asking if we could go on a cancellation list. They followed up and we were able to attend the wonderful event. Now that is caring efficient service. Thank you Thank you.

Would like to start with the positive: primary location,beautiful views near the lake,excellent breakfast and staff at breakfast is very nice.

There was also a very nice restaurant where to eat at night. We had an amazing lobster dinner. Breakfast was in the same restaurant and was awesome with your choice of breakfast served at the table instead of buffet so much more pleasant to share time at the table with family
