We were delighted by the kindness and help from the staff. My wife has a disability, and the staff went out of their way to help choose an apartment that was suitable for her needs. We travel to Alexandra Heads at least once a year, and will definitely be booking with the Grand Palais again. We will also recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect location, opposite the beach so 2 minutes from a swim in the waves at a patrolled beach, but 1 minute from a lovely relaxing and cooling lagoon pool, so could go in multiple times a day. Was too hot for the spa pool when I stayed, but would be great at some times of year. Lovely relaxing verandah table with views, nice to eat or read out there but could retreat inside to the sofa and air con if needed. Great facilities, washing machine, drying rack, [even a clothes dryer, though it wasnt needed]. Everything you needed for making a meal, so didn't always need to eat out. Nice extra little touches in the kitchen like some cooking oil, and fresh pepper grinder - thanks :-)

Great value stay for large 2-bedroom apartment just off the main beachfront strip through Maroochydore. Apartment across 2 levels with 2 bathrooms/showers, table and chairs on terrace out front, 10m from quiet little pool with attached `hot tub`. Fully stocked kitchen with oven, grill & microwave - all fixtures/fittings of the sort of quality you would get in a modern Aussie home. Internet & Foxtel (most channels) just fine. Only ac downstairs - with ceiling fans in both upstairs bedrooms - but easy to air whole apartment with big bug screens on windows and double patio doors on both levels, so even at 30C didn`t really need ac. Great quiet beach just over main road strip, sports bar, gelato/fish n chips shop, 2 Indian restaurants, McDonalds, all within 5 mins or so walk (great quality - we tried them all!) A little noise from the strip at times, but the price you pay for the easy walk to the beach - a must with younger kids! Would rebook 100%.

that it’s not part of a chain, the location, the view, the spotless apartment, the living area was huge! the kitchen had everything you need plus more, a gorgeous seafront view! a vacuum cleaner…. which made cleaning up dirt/sand, laundry room washing machine & dryer, dining table, beautiful bathroom /bedroom, air conditioners, floor to ceiling icean views, and 5 min walking distance to BWS, Coles, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, the beach, close to everything! we loved our stay and had a relaxing break. ps full Foxtel package! communal pool BBQ the staff are welcoming and courteous and we highly recommend staying here and book directly! we were on 11th floor and would not recommend if you do not like heights or for children. BOOK DIRECT as we will next time!
