Very friendly and service-oriented staff, who is really trying hard to give you the best experience. The views are amazing. We were having breakfast while looking at some snowcovered peaks. The breakfast was fantastic, with all kinds of European and Armenian options. The room was well-equiped and the are big balconies where you can hang out.

We had a whole apartment to ourselves with a comfortable sitting room and real fireplace, overlooking the lake with 3 ducks. The food was tasty.

Everything was in place and working (sounds funny but this is definitely something to highlight compared to other resorts that charge much higher).
