I appreciated them offering more water bottled than we asked for, it was nice gesture knowing there is no markets anywhere close. Explaining the all-inclusive package upon check in was very considerate & informative as well.

The view of the desert seamlessly connected from the pool was beautiful. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks as the room was all-inclusive. We had a problem with the water in the bathroom and the staff took good care of us. I appreciate to HTET. The staff was friendly and kept the kids entertained, thanks Moazam.
