Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of my visit was taken care of seamlessly. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and breathtaking views of Abu Dhabi. The rooms are spacious, elegantly appointed, and equipped with all the comforts of home. The dining options are also excellent, offering a diverse range of culinary experiences to suit every palate. Overall, my stay at Conrad Etihad Towers exceeded my expectations thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality provided by Mrs. Miriam and the entire staff. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Thank you, Mrs. Miriam, and the team at Conrad Etihad Towers, for making my stay truly memorable.

The Emirates Palace also has a fitness centre, 'Water Sports' and 'Aqua Fun Park' amenities, and a kids’ club, so enjoyable small guests will beg their parents to stay.
