The property was steps away from the centre of the town. We lived in separate bungalow next to the pool and little pond with decorative fishes, so much used to humans so they came out of the water hoping for treat and gently touches. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and very private. Breakfast was always great. Staff was very polite and supportive. Strongly recommend.

Our stay at the Indochine Hotel in Ninh Binh was absolutely amazing! The staff and the family that run this beautiful hotel really went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. I have booked a stay at Indochine again in June as my parents will be arriving and i cannot think of a better location and such a beautiful hotel with an added bonus of the staff, always ready to assist you in any way!

Everything… staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Tuán was always helpful and professional. I definitely can not recommend this place enough. Breakfast included and also super yummy! Location was great.

The staff was exceptional friendly, helpful, and cute! The room is roomy and furnished well, we also had a view on the nice rice fields and hills. For breakfast you can choose from some options, it was good. You can take the bikes for free to go to the center (5 min) or around and bikes are in good condition.

This place is perfect, I love it! Everything is clean, cosy rooms, nice pool area, kind staff and good breakfast! I don’t recommend dinner or lunch here, kitchen not so good and not delicious. But for dinner or lunch I recommended to choose another place - Tam Coc kitchen was the best place where to eat, we really love it and it’s near from hotel.

They allowed us a late check out without charging us, gave us new towels so we could shower before getting onto the night train. The bungalow is amazing, very clean and has everything you need. The homestay offers free bikes which is so convenient to use, as the centre is just 15 minutes away by bike.
