It is right next to all of the best restaurants (I highly recommend Lobster trap). The room is small but cozy -its not like you are there to spend time in the room anyway. Recently updated bathroom was nice. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and they had flowers waiting in the room. Super friendly staff- highly recommend.
