Set in Jiaoxi, Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa features views of the city. The property is around 7 minutes' walk from Jiaoxi Hot Springs Park and 10 minutes' walk from Tangweigou Springs Park. The front desk staff is fantastic, with special thanks to Ms. Yvonne Tsang. I was looking for a locally-made product and all I have is a phone number and product name. She made a call for me and got the local seller's address and business hours. Around the same time, other front desk staff printed out the location details for me. I am grateful to them for their assistance and service.

The Japanese room was calming and the balcony allowed myself and my partner to unwind having a drink together. The out door spa was another highlight, the different pools were varied and the fish were a great bonus. Overall- from when we arrived until we left - I would like to reiterate how exceptional the staff were at every possible opportunity.

The hot spring bath in the room just gave us a relaxing time in private. The Starbucks and the bakery on the ground floor were convenient for a tea time, the bread and cookies were very nice and yummy in the bakery.
