All people of the staff was very kind. The room, the bathroom, the bed, the breakfast was excellent. The structure was new and beautiful. At this hotel, you will come across an honorable young man Mr. Faiq, at the reception desk. He is amazing and full of knowledge re. local area and events. He has nice hair. :). On a serious note I extended my original stay at this hotel solely due to Faiq and his hospitality and that of his colleagues. I have traveled to various countries and stayed at hundreds of hotel yet this place is the hidden gem I will definitely return to. The food here is amazing and room service is available 24 hours daily. I usually never leave reviews and this is my first review on booking. I hope the management sees this and continues to utilize Faiq and I would encourage them to consider promoting him to management position for Faiq’s hospitality skills, generosity and well-mannered behavior is rare in the hotel/hospitality business.

The staff was super friendly and courteous. I stayed with my wife after our wedding and the staff made sure that we'll feel pampered at every moment of our stay experience. We were warmly greeted by the security staff at the entrance and almost everyone congratulated us for our wedding. The check-in was easy, and after the customary welcome drinks, a polite concierge took our luggage to our room. The hotel management kindly arranged a complimentary flower bouquet and a chocolate mousse cake (with a wedding greeting) in our room, which was nice and cosy and really comfortable. The pool view was awesome too! The breakfast was fantastic and had an amazing selection of various food options. All in all, our stay here was definitely worth it. Thank you very much Team Serena for your excellent service. I would love to stay here again!
