I have never met a staff THAT friendly and kind. There was a guy at the desk who did my check in , he gets a 5 star. Always so kind to help me and answers all my questions. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone. As i mentioned , this is the best hotel i've stayed at!

Wonderfully comfortable, clean, well furnished room with a great bed, excellent shower, lights next to bed and a great location just a few yards from the Arch and the Cathedral. Despite that location, it was quiet at night. Staff were wonderful: friendly, efficient and most helpful. They took pity on us after a long few days travelling and allowed us to check in early, which was very appreciated. They helped us with a taxi for the airport too. Breakfast had a good selection of ham, cheese, eggs, good coffee, fruit, juices and cereals. I would not hesitate for a second to stay there again.

After Arequipa, this is definitely one of the most important and fun cities to visit in the south part of the country. Lots of fun, shopping alternatives and 5-stars restraurant. If you ever go to Peru Tacna is a must!
