It is excellent and it face directly to the sea (west). The place is not totally isolated, there are some houses nearby. Still, you will need a car. The bed is okay, just the top bunk bed is squeaky. Other facility is also work like brand new. If you have the intention to catch the aurora, it will not be as easy as going out to your balcony and saw one. In most of the time, you will need to go to a slightly remote area. The balcony facing west when normally aurora spread from north to south. You can walk a bit in the neighbourhood but behind the apartment, there's a hill that will block the way. Again, it might not always happened likat what I describe. You must have your car and hunt the aurora to a dark area where there is no light. And, if you stay here, we are only talking about 2 to 10 Km away to find such location.

The location is within a 5-minute walking distance from Stroleva Skistadion and a beautiful hike to Rødtinden mountain. If you like spending your time actively, it's a perfect place. The apartment was waiting for us with a key in the door so we could enter it whenever we wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped, including basic seasoning, olive oil, tea, baking paper, and plastic bags. The host was very responsive whenever we needed something.

Lena Apartment Tromsø, que cuenta con jardín y terraza, dispone de alojamiento en Kvaløya con wifi gratis y vistas a la montaña. Great host and great location. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again when I'm back in Tromso!

Spacious apartment on Kvaløya está en Kvaloysletta, a 7,6 km de Tromsø City Hall, a 7,7 km de The Polar Museum y a 8 km de Arctic-alpine Botanic Garden. The host was very nice, called us to see the northern lights and also offered to borrow us the snowmobile.
