The location is remote, surrounded by a fantastic selection of wild-life. The grounds were immaculate! Even though most of the trees in the surrounding area are, what we call "Devil Thorn Trees", they were all raked away. The staff (shout out to Josie) were incredible. We were visiting with an infant and they made sure we were as comfortable as possible. I let the lodge know that we intended to braai (BBQ) the second night and they provided us with the braai drum as well as a bag of wood! 110% will be staying there again, next time for a week!

I loved the sea view from our hotel room and how spacious the room was . The service was superb and nothing was too much for the staff there. I also had a massage by Anna and honestly it was the best one I ever had and I get massages done once a month in the city but this one was amazing.Anna outdid herself.

The staff is amazing and very welcoming. They were willing to go an extra mile and went as far as booking activities for us.

It is what it says -- a great little hotel RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The pictures are true... our patio door walked right out onto that lovely green lawn and then to the beach. It was great that they offered a family room, it had a nice patio and small fridge and coffee/tea station. It wasn't the most elegant decor, but it was clean and completely met our needs for a beach get away. Free parking -- it was tight to get to our assigned spot, but the car gaurd was always on duty to help ease one into the space.

Located at the promenade with views of the ocean, Strand Hotel Swakopmund features a spa, 3 restaurants and bars. It offers a 24-hour front desk and conference facilities. Wonderful hotel with amazing staff and restaurants. Newly renovated room, very clean and modern and cosy.

Swakopmund Sands pakub vaateid Atlandi ookeanile ning asub lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel sadamasillast ja National Marine Aquariumist. Kohapeal on lounge ja baar. Everything about this hotel was lovely. Its a small cosy place and I can't sing enough praises about Helena the receptionist. She's a star and extremely helpful. I give this place a 10/10 review especially because of her.
