It's close to the centre of town, close to the port, and the rooms have everything set up you could possibly want - even an outdoor clothes line for each room for drying scuba stuff and towels etc. (handy for island activities). When i was supposed to leave Ustica the ferry had broken down and I had to stay an extra night unexpectedly. Carmen didn't have any rooms so she rang and friend with a hotel in town and they picked me up with my bags from the port. Carmen is is really great, it was super stressful and I was grateful to have someone who cared and helped me. I highly recommend staying here

I stayed at the little house and it was just perfect - the location is amazing just a few minutes walk from the port and city center, also very close to the start of the most amazing trekking trail. The house itself was recently renovated so all is new and functioning well. There is everything you might need, the kitchen is equipped, the water pressure in the showeris strong, the mattress is very comfortable. There is outside seating in front of the house and even an outside kitchen with another refrigerator. The owners Antonio and Sandra are the most friendly people, very welcoming and helpful. I absolutely recomend staying at their place!
