The Killeshin Hotel is one mile from Portlaoise and junction 16 off the M7 motorway. It offers a bistro, an indoor pool, hot tub, a gym and free parking. Everything about the hotel was fab, we arrived to the genuinely welcoming smile of front receptionist Nina, an absolute pleasure to deal with, helpful informative and just lovely. The room was great, we had breakfast delivered and it was scrumptious. On leaving we met Jonathan, again a fantastic representative funny and extremely helpful. We'll be visiting again thats for sure!!

The Midlands Park Hotel is a luxurious 4-star property located in the centre of Portlaoise and a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station. La habitación amplia y cómoda, nos decepcionó un poco que los huéspedes no tuvieran preferencia en las reservas del restaurante y no poder cenar en él después de esperar una larga cola. En el desayuno pedimos un café expreso por el que cobraron un extra totalmente abusivo.

El Maldron Hotel se encuentra junto a la salida 17 de la autopista M7, a solo 5 minutos en coche del centro de Portlaoise y del parque O'Moore. Fantastic staff! Friendly courteous and superbly efficient. Could not have asked for better service and pleasurable staff
