The hotel itself is gorgeous - literally every detail is perfect. Amenities are also so great! The staff? What can I say? Probably the friendliest & most professional I’ve ever encountered. They’re always so helpful, smiling & absolutely lovely. 🥰 By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I never want to leave! 🥹💜 the hotel itself is also very eco-friendly, I haven’t seen any plastic so far! Thank you so much to the staff for this unforgettable experience. I already want to come back! We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the services are very good. The rooms are very spacious, the location is on the quiet part of the island with amazing views on sunset. The resort has a good restaurant, but plenty of good options nearby. You can take the bikes from the hotel to discover the surrounding. Overall great value for the money. The pool area with the bar are super cozy. The cleanies of this resort is outstanding. When I come back, this is the place where I will stay.

People are lovely, the rooms are super clean and the facilities are modern and polished. Free drinking water during any moment of your stay and they keep refilling every day two bottles in the fridge in your room. Easy check in and check out. Really nice location, close to the main strip but very quiet side street. Also very close to the road that crosses the island directly to the sunset side, so thats useful to change, shower and take your bike and ride there. AC in the room, handy for Gili because it is hot there.
